We’re seeing more and more churches hiring excited young talent just out of school. Our team was there once. We know the desire to prove yourself and the challenges that every young leader will face. We each made our fair share of mistakes when we were getting started, some of which were pretty painful. We want to see young leaders succeed and grow into their calling by working with them and their organizations over time as things come up.
