“We had Chris’s team come to our church for two reasons. 1) to EQ our sound system to fit into our older worship space with live acoustical properties and 2) to train our volunteers to use our equipment effectively. We were blown away by both the technical abilities of Chris and Will as well as their teaching spirit. They were not sales people pushing the newest technology instead focused on using all of our existing equipment and maximizing its potential. Our sound volunteers were all appreciative for the way that Chris and Will were able to explain the ‘how’ and more importantly, the ‘why’ of running sound in an easy-to-understand manner. Our congregation has noticed a huge improvement in the sound quality – each instrument and vocal part is now distinguishable and has noticed the lack of harshness that was in our system previously.
